Appointment policy
Arriving late will deprive you of valuable treatment time. We will make every effort to perform your entire treatment in the remaining scheduled time, but reserve the right to reschedule your appointment if arriving more than 10 minutes late and charge a cancellation fee (see cancellation policy for details).
Cancellation/No Show Policy
Our company has a strict no refund policy for any cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service. This policy is in place because we allocate our resources and staff to fulfill your service. We understand that circumstances may arise that are beyond your control, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs, such as rescheduling your service for a later date. However, if you cancel your service within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment, we will not provide any refunds.
No Refund Policy
We have a no refund policy on services rendered. Exchanges can be made for defective products purchased if returned within 8 days and can only be exchanged for the same produce.
No Children Policy
A no children policy is an important safety measure that helps ensure the well-being of both children and patients undergoing treatments. The Beaute Clinic is a medical facility that requires a controlled environment. Moreover, the risks associated with medical treatments can be increased with the presence of children, who may accidentally touch or bump into equipment, potentially harming themselves or others. We prioritize the safety and comfort of our patients and are focused on creating a more controlled and focused environment for medical professionals to provide treatments.
Pet Policy
We are committed to providing safe and effective treatments while also promoting ethical and sustainable practices. Therefore, we have implemented a strict no animal policy with the exception of service animals.

PRIVACY & SAFETY
SECTION 1 - WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?
When you purchase a product/service from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

SECTION 3 - DISCLOSURE
We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.
SECTION 4 – SHOPPING CART VIA WIX/VAGARO
Our store is hosted on Wix Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
Payment:
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Wix/ Vagaro stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
